PU Grouting Injection
What is PU Grouting Injection?
Polyurethane(PU) injection or grouting is a waterproofing technique that injects polyurethane, a fluid resin, to prevent water leakage through cracks or gaps in the concrete of the building structures.
- Restore Damaged Surfaces
- Prevent Water Leakage
- Seal Up Cracks
- Strengthen Structures
- Strong Adhesion
- Less Time-Consuming

Advantages of using PU Grouting Injection
Versatile
Polyurethane in the PU grouting injection liquid is a versatile resin that can also be used for coating, maintenance, emergency repair, and insulation purposes
Strong Adhesion
Protects the concrete from building movement and exposure to sunlight, which makes it a suitable material for surfaces such as roofs and balconies
Long Lasting
The chemical resin retains its flexibility after the injection, it keeps the voids sealed and lower the chances of cracks happening again
Low Cost
PU grouting injection is cost effective and it can directly protect the foundation from damaging effects of water leaking, it is widely used in household and construction repairs
Less Maintenance
PU grouting injection is the most efficient solution to most leakage issues, it needs little to no maintenance. A properly executed PU grouting injection can even last for 10 years.
Application Process of PU Grouting Injection
PU Grouting Injection is a process in which PU (polyurethane) resin is injected into the soil or cracks in concrete in order to fill them up. This process is used to prevent water leakage and strengthen the structure.

STEP 01
After identifying the root cause of the water leakage problem, the grouting nozzles are located at strategically-placed points to ensure that grout is correctly instilled.

STEP 02
Experts will clean to ensure that no dirt or other external factors, then begin the process of grouting PU injection where grout is injected into the affected zone.

STEP 03
Grout is used to fill cracks and holes. In addition, further repairs and sealing will be carried out to prevent water leakage.
