Application Process of Liquid Membrane
A liquid waterproofing membrane is essential for protecting many building structures. These flexible membranes are hand or spray applied onto surfaces such as balconies, podium decks and green roofs.

STEP 01
The affected area is ensured to be clear from dirt, dry and clean. The contractor will then apply a layer of liquid waterproofing membrane on the clean surface.

STEP 02
Such as joints, corners, and changes in plane, embed reinforcing materials like fiberglass or polyester fabric to strengthen these vulnerable areas.

STEP 03
Apply multiple coats as recommended by the manufacturer. Allow each layer to dry before applying the next. This builds up the required thickness and enhances the effectiveness of the waterproofing.
