Advantages of using Torch On Membrane Waterproofing
High Life Expectation
Bitumen membranes can maintain its flexibility and elasticity throughout the age therefore it is the perfect solution for flat roofs
Weather Resistance
Have great resistance towards various weather conditions to prevent continuous swelling and cracks due to temperature fluctuation and humidity level
Strong Bond
Exceptional bond to the substrate on a flat roof installation therefore it does not come off easily and can last longer to protect the surface
Prolong Life Span
When the bitumen membrane system is nearing to its life span, a new bitumen sheet can be overlayed to the previous system to extend the life service of the system
Flat Roof
Torch on membrane can protect various surfaces such as car park decks, green roofing, deck bridge and other flat roof materials
Application Process of Torch On Membrane
The torch on membrane system is viable for residential, commercial, and industrial use. It is specifically used to waterproof flat roofs, balconies and even planter-boxes, where water pooling typically occurs.

STEP 01
Thoroughly clean the surface by removing any dust, dirt, grease, or debris. If there are any cracks, holes, or damaged areas on the substrate, make necessary repairs using suitable concrete repair materials. This will provide a smooth and even surface for membrane application.

STEP 02
Apply a suitable primer to the substrate. We are using high bitumen contain primer to make sure it enhances the adhesion between the torch-on membrane and the substrate.

STEP 03
Once the primer has dried, carefully install the torch-on membrane. Use a propane torch to heat the membrane and adhere it to the primed surface. Ensure proper overlap and seam sealing for maximum waterproofing. Ta-da, just enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done, enjoy leak-free bliss!
